• Permanent Placement The Veteran Job Network (VJN) helps companies stay competitive in today's global economy. Many companies struggle to find the right person for the job. We help companies source and hire critical employees in a variety of job functions. Perm-placement recruiting utilizes specialized search and recruitment methods. An agreed upon search fee or contingency search agreement is used for each search and successful placement.
• Temporary-to-hire or Contract
Temp to hire and contract employment have become a major part of most companies' operations!
Our service provides a bridge to full time employment, by allowing employers to try a candidate for a few days or a few months, until they are confident that the candidate is a correct fit for both the position and the company. We conduct advertising, recruitment, drug and background checks. The typical period of employment is 60-90 days before the successful candidate is hired by a company permanently. While the candidate is on the VJN payroll, the company will not pay:
• Enables your business to adjust more easily and quickly to workload fluctuations caused by employee absences: illness, vacation, maternity or disability leave, sudden departure.
